This little contraption, no matter how unremarkable it may seem, can occupy a two-year-old for approximately 8000 hours. My nephew was here for a few days and he played with this thing more than anything else. When his mom told him he was coming here while they went to Spain, he said “ and I play marbles?”. It’s just that good.
It is called Marbleworks and it is made by Discovery Toys. I comes with all these different parts that you can build and manipulate however you want. Then you put marbles in the start block and they race down the twists and turns until they reach the end. It is really cool. Granted, when a two-year old builds it himself, it may not look like the photo and will probably be a little wonky, but the thrill is just as great!
Go ahead, look up you local Discovery Toys lady and get yourself some, you'll be glad you did.
